At Hope Sparks Collection, we take pride in offering quality fashion items, including wigs, dresses, and high heels. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- All wigs (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or clearance items
- Items marked as final sale
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you if your refund is approved or rejected
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- If your order qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund
4. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if the item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item received)
Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us immediately with clear photos
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable courier service
