Shipping Policy – Hope Sparks Collection
1. Order Processing Time
At Hope Sparks Collection, all orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
We operate Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During peak seasons, sales, or promotions, processing times may take slightly longer, but we always strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation notification.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 8–15 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use your code number to track your parcel.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect after dispatch.
4. Shipping Area
At present, Hope Sparks Collection only ships within South Africa. We do not currently offer international shipping.
5. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an error is noticed, please contact us immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
While we use reliable courier services, delays may occasionally occur.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us so we can assist you.
